    River Park Center is a mixed-use residential, commercial, and entertainment complex to be constructed on an approximately 13 acre site in Yonkers Central Business District. It is located in on two city blocks primarily comprised of an underutilized municipal parking lot and an adjacent vacant lot, bounded by Palisade Avenue, Elm Street, Nepperhan Avenue and New Main Street.

The commercial / entertainment component of the project is anchored by residential tower pad sites (maximum buildable heights of 400 feet) as well as contains the infrastructure for a roof-top stadium for minor league baseball and other events. On-site municipal parking is included in the project design to support the various uses of the project.

The initial phase of the project is the commercial / entertainment component, a minor league baseball stadium, and a 250-unit residential building.
