ABOUT US   Struever Fidelco Cappelli LLC (SFC) is honored to have been selected as Master Developer for the redevelopment of downtown Yonkers, New York. Yonkers is located on the historic and scenic Hudson River and sits between two of its grandest crossings - the George Washington Bridge and the Tappan Zee Bridge. The city stretches 4.5 miles along the Hudson River with spectacular views of the Palisades. Yonkers' topography and location are magnificent and give rise to its name as the city of hills, and more recently as the city with vision. SFC looks forward to being a part of Yonkers' future.

As master developers and new visionaries for Yonkers, the team's approach is to revitalize the city, combining its current vitality with a fresh and lively streetscape composed of new retail and restaurants, residences, hotel rooms, and office space. The first phase of the redevelopment will include a large retail complex and a minor league ballpark that connect in a pedestrian friendly way to the Hudson River's edge by the day-lighting of the now covered Nepperhan River. On the Hudson River will be new luxury, waterfront condominiums with a public waterfront park and promenade. The second and third phases are still in planning and design, but will include the Ludlow Transit Village area on the Hudson River, the Nepperhan Valley's old industrial mills and waterfront along Alexander Street, and the downtown waterfront corridor. The team is working with the city and the community as it explores further redevelopment ideas for this historic and special city. Additional properties are being added to the plan and the total development will ultimately represent a $3.1 billion investment in downtown Yonkers.
